Here is a challenge that I am issuing with love and care to those of you open these short eblasts every week. As you know my intentions are always positive and with the energy of sharing lessons learned and wisdom to level up faster, together. So here we go, a challenge where only you are the beneficiary! Actually, people around you will benefit too. The challenge is to start a new habit for only 7, 14, or (the best choice for long term achievement) 21 days.
Here are some suggestions that will have great payoffs if you stick with them. Choose something NEW. Add it to your tool box! What if you were to start:
Something brand new that you had never done before, ever. Be a beginner and experience the humility and pure joy of learning.
Something you have done before that WORKED for you in the past that you put away!
Meditate
Swimming
Sound Bowls
Walking/Hiking
Lifting Weights
Collecting
Yoga
Path or Mountain Biking
Zumba
Pilates
Bird Watching
Guided Imagery or breathing exercises
Jump rope or inside exercise equipment
Nothing. That’s right, experience stillness if you don’t get time to do that
Imagine the benefits from building a new positive habit that you once had or now can create your own call to action. Go get it and experience many levels of positivity, gratitude, productivity and stress release!
