10) Close and lock the door – keep outside distractions to a minimum

4) Make sure you keep laptops, phones and others charged up
3) Consider what you are eating as it will determine whether you recharge or crash and burnout
2) Setup some “ground rules” or “courtesies” for others who are not used to you working from home
1) Double down on empathy, patience, sleep, rest, family, love and self-care
