Spring To It!

If we are looking to “raise our vibration” and have better things happen to us more often, there are things in our control that we can do. On a daily basis, making the time (sometimes it only takes seconds) we can be pro-active in trying to raise our positive energy levels…which is contagious btw! Here are 20 ways we can be pro-active, no matter the circumstances.


  1. Engaging in creative activities like painting, writing, or dancing

  2. Helping others can create a sense of purpose and raise your vibration.

  3. Avoid negative news and media as much as possible

  4. Practice positive affirmations: Use positive affirmations to help reprogram your thoughts

  5. Deep breathing can help calm your mind and raise your vibration.

  6. Laughter is a great way to raise your vibration, so try to incorporate more laughter into your life.

  7. Let go of resentments and practice forgiveness to help release negative energy

  8. Take care of your mind, body, and spirit through activities like yoga, massage, reiki, sound healing or acupuncture.

  9. Surround yourself with people who uplift and inspire you.

  10. Music can have a powerful effect on our emotions, so listen to music that makes you feel good.

  11. Visualize positive outcomes and focus on what you want, rather than what you don't want.

  12. Random acts of kindness can help raise your vibration and create positive energy.

  13. Connect with your spiritual side through prayer, meditation, or other spiritual practices.

  14. Getting enough rest is important for your overall health

  15. Stay present in the moment and focus on the present rather than worrying about the past or future.

  16. Focus on the things you are grateful for and express gratitude often.

  17. Spending time in nature can help raise your vibration by connecting you to the earth's energy. Listen to the sound your feet make on the earth…very relaxing as well.

  18. Easy meditations and guided imageries…don’t shy away it’s actually far easier than you think. It is a great way to quiet your mind, reduce stress, and raise your vibration.

  19. Regular exercise helps to release endorphins, which can boost your mood and raise your vibration.

  20. Eating a healthy diet can help improve your overall energy levels and raise your vibration.

All of these can be done independent of what anyone else is doing, on any given day, in an location you find yourself. Here is to raising our vibration and making the most of the start to spring!
