I am writing this to highly recommend Synergy Development and Training, headed by David Gerber. In my medical practice of over 30 years, we have grown from three employees to 30. Many of our management staff have been have been brought up through the ranks, so to speak, without formal training in management skills.  I feel very fortunate that we discovered Synergy and David Gerber.  After initial discussions, we moved forward with management training for our seven managers.  This was followed up by one on one training with our Managing Director.  I interviewed all of our staff afterwards, and everyone was highly impressed and appreciative of his training without exception. Most impressive was the fact that most of our managers also told us that his training was very useful outside of work, for their family and friends (i.e. social life). Above and beyond this generous offer, I want to sincerely thank you for the time, energy, and light you bring to the team at Spectrum.  I am one of many, but there are always things to learn, relearn, or process differently!  We (globally) are all so fast paced, we seriously don’t have time to think much of the time.  Life was not meant to be this way in my own opinion.  God had an idea…it wasn’t to be constantly stressed with jobs that demand much more than ever should be expected.  I think we are failing in the big picture, so I appreciate the half hour  - which is also rushed out of necessity to cram more in a day – where we can actually talk to each other about things that generally matter in our lives even more than a job. It seems to me if people aren’t connected to their soul – the impact in the work place borders on meaningless.  Probably not a wildly popular idea…LOL. - Client
