Other coaching services include dialogue, enhancing distinctions, identifying plans of action, examining assumptions and habits, asking clarifying questions, enhancing the use of empowering language, engaging in self-awareness exercises, the use of mental models, behavioral practices, energy/breathing exercises and other developmental strategies that lead to the desired results.  The client acknowledges that how situations are handled is the exclusive responsibility of the client, her/himself (team), even if that decision is to leave the organization. If the client or coach believes the coaching is not working as desired, either party will communicate this and determine how to more effectively re-engage the coaching relationship.  The coach will respect strict confidentiality, except as required by law, with the client regarding all communications and provide a non-judgmental environment where the coach demonstrates presence, authenticity and full attention to the client agenda and the designed leadership objectives.  Exceptions to this confidentiality agreement will only be made with the full and express permission of the client.  Similarly, the client’s personal information will not be included in any future coaching proposal without consent.
