Krav Maga is a martial art and self-defense system developed by the Israeli military. It is known for its practical, no-nonsense approach to personal protection and combat, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness in real-world situations. Unlike traditional martial arts, which may focus on forms, competition, or spiritual aspects, Krav Maga is designed to quickly neutralize threats, with an emphasis on defending against armed and unarmed attackers in situations that might occur in everyday life.
